What is Corrugated Metal sheets? A wavy or "S" shaped metal roofing sheet normally 7/8" or 1/2" deep is known as a Corrugated sheet. Galvanised corrugated steel sheet forms the base material for different types of corrugated sheets and then the coating is provided for its protection.

One of the most unique facts about corrugated roofing sheets is that the universal name for the material is still to-this-day known as corrugated galvanised iron, despite the fact that outside of vintage sheets, all corrugated roofing material made today is made of steel.
What is a corrugated material?
Corrugated material consists of three fiberboard layers: two linerboards on the outside and a middle sheet sandwiched on the inside that features a wave-shaped pattern of arches known as flutes. These flutes are anchored to the linerboard with an adhesive glue made from cornstarch or another food-grade starch material.
