PPGI is pre-coated on cold-rolled steel sheets after galvanizing, and PPGL is pre-coated on cold-rolled steel sheets with an alloy of 55% aluminum and 43.4% zinc.
The density of 55% AL-Zn is lower than that of Zn, and it is more cost-effective to use galvalume materials than galvanized materials.
